Mr. Serrao is a senior IT executive with over 35 years of successfully helping clients use technology to improve their businesses. He offers clients the benefit of 21 years of experience as a Partner at PwC Consulting and an industry leader at IBM Global Business Services where he served clients in the Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications industries. Bill also was a systems development manager at Prodigy Services Company (an internet startup) and a Signal Corps officer in the US Army specializing in battlefield computer systems.
