Mr. Plagman is a Founding Partner and is now our Chief People Officer. He served clients for 18 years at PwC, where he led the firm’s 500-person Data Warehousing Practice and pioneered people-oriented best practices. Mr. Plagman’s skills and experience include:

Information Systems strategic planning, design, and project management
Data Warehousing planning, design, project management
Customer Relationship Management, including Contact Management, Call Center planning and design, Marketing Analysis, and multi-channel analytics

Mr. Plagman holds a BBA in Applied Statistics from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Operations Research from City University of NY, Graduate School of Business.
