Eric Deraspe is an accomplished financial services consulting professional and product leader with over 25 years of success and experience managing teams, creating new operational processes, establishing sales processes and metrics, formulating strategies, framing metrics, and delivering large programs for great companies. His expertise is mainly in payments, capital markets, banking, and fintech with companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, TD Bank, RBC, CIBC, JP Morgan, and Goldman Sachs.

His experience includes:

• Launched a new B2B payment product for a Payment Network supported by market analysis, go-to-market strategy, and an 18-month roadmap planning
• Launched three major products in chargebacks and merchant administration for a fintech, revamped the customer experience through the UI portals and set up a new professional services P&L
• Led a team in Merchant Services for a major bank delivering the Visa Claims Resolution program and implementing a successful mentoring program
• Managed large capital market programs for AML, sanctions screening, and innovative payments products
• Managed customer experience team and improved premium support adoption as a major software vendor
• Created business intelligence strategy and initial reporting for tech spend at a major payment network

Eric earned his MBA in Finance and Operations from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin. He earned his B.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal. He is fluent in French.
