He has led and managed a broad range of multi-million-dollar engagements focusing on business and workforce transformation, operations improvement and digital strategy with a proven track record growing business value through the design and implementation of complex change and business transformation programs. He has diverse industry experience including media and entertainment, retail, consumer and industrial products, electronics and high tech, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, and state and federal government.  He has designed, led and managed diverse organizations including multiple global account teams, service lines and North American divisions.
