  • 3 years as Senior Director, Digital Transformation Office at Smurfit WestRock — CIO Staff Leader embedded in a multi-acquisition IT estate that had outgrown its governance model. Architected the portfolio operating system for a $70M capital plan; enforced investment discipline across $60M+ discretionary spend; surfaced $375M+ in digital revenue pipeline; engineered $12M in structural savings through TBM rigor; and governed enterprise automation that reclaimed 325K+ labor hours.
  • 3 years at Americold Logistics — Brought in to restore financial discipline to an IT organization navigating a complex cross-border acquisition.
